how can i get a student loan without school certification?

i am enrolling back in school after a couple of years off. When i first enrolled in college, i was a young 18 year old and partied a bit to hard. So, my grades suffered. Now that i am getting back to school, i dont have the GPA for a student loan, due to school certification. anyone know how i can get a loan with payments deferred until i graduate? thanks so much
